The ePAD Relax has three pre-set programs that can be easily accessed via the blue control knob.
Activity program
Rectangle - 8 Hz - 25 minutes
The 8 Hertz of the activity program lifts the body into an active, relaxed wakefulness. This frequency promotes quiet concentration and receptiveness.
Relaxation program
Rectangle - 5 Hz - 25 minutes
The special frequency of the relaxation program promotes the natural regulation of the activity level of the body. For example, it returns to a normal level of activity after a period of overactivity (stress).
Meditation program
Rectangle - 3 Hz - 25 minutesThe frequencies of the meditation program are at 3 Hertz. This brings the body into a state of total relaxation. The body becomes calm and deep relaxation is relieved.
